Pricing Models

• Option A: Free Mini-Readings for Guests (Flat Rate)

  • Rate: $125/hour per reader (2-hour minimum per reader)

  • Best for host-sponsored entertainment where guests can simply sit down and enjoy.

    We do have QR codes for Venmo tips on the tables as well.

• Option B: Guest-Paid Mini-Readings

  • Rate: $15 per 10-minute reading paid directly by the guest at the event.

Seamless Queue & Guest Experience Regardless of which model you choose, we provide a dedicated Scheduler at no extra charge. They manage the waitlist by taking guest names and phone numbers, watching the table flow, and texting the next guest when a reader opens up. This allows your guests to mingle, eat, and enjoy the party instead of standing in line!

Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

• Booking Fee: A $125 booking fee is required to secure your date and reserve our team.

  • If you choose Option A (Free for Guests), the $125 is applied directly toward your total balance.

  • If you choose Option B (Guest-Paid), the $125 holds your date and will be fully refunded to your original payment method 1-2 business days after services are completed.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit the booking fee, as our reading team has reserved this time specifically for your gathering.
